My name is Payam Azadi and I am a partner at Niche Advice who are Mortgage Advisers.

I specialise in non-standard financing including complex residential and buy to let mortgages, Commercial financing as well as a range of protection products.

I also regularly contribute to the industry press have been one of the leading figures within the mortgage market over the last 15 years.
